I'd spend it on a decent coach who can actually develop the many players we already have and actually turn us into something resembling a football team

    That person could be Windass

I think there is more to him coming to Oakwell than just to play. £100,000 for a 36 year old doesn't fit, i wonder if they have offered him a coaching/management job when he stops playing,

we are 6th in the league with a chance to go 4th on Friday and you come out with a comment like that. 18 teams below us would swap to be where we are. Get a life.

Well name one of the many young players that have been brought to the club in the last few seasons that have improved in their time at Oakwell ?

    Hassle - without question

He was pretty poor for his first six months here, but since then he's put in some very good performances.
Shuker is much better now than when he arrived. He scores and creates goals which is something he never used to do.
Reid looks far more assured now he's settled down into the centre half role.
Kay was putting in some of the best performances of his career before he was injured. That self destructive streak appears to have been coached out of him.
Despite a couple of poor performances recently I reckon Austin is having by far his best season for us.
I'd also say Carbon and Colgan are putting in far better performances than when they arrived.

yep also Flinders is rated by Chelsea and plays for England u-20's so its fair to say hes improved in the last year/2 years.
