    About to make a cambodian pork kofta curry (genuinely). A heck of a lot of ingredients, a lot of faff, and really not sure it will be worth it. Hope it doesn't make my bottom fall out.

    Just this minute finished bangers n mash, we accidentally picked up bbq flavoured sausages, nice, but we prefer ordinary pork jobbies.
