Dales Festival of Food & Drink, Leyburn. Brilliant day out - stuffed ourselves silly with the free samples in the food tent, drank too much in the beer festival - thirty-odd different local ales on tap, had a go at making butter, saw some sheep get sheared, listened to Graeme Fowler give a talk about his career and his love of food, watched a curry cookery demo, some guy making Wensleydale cheese and sat in the baking sunshine listening to a brass band.</p> What did everyone else do?
