    Just fought my way out of Croatia-Australia - best game of World Cup so far, without a doubt. Both sets of fans just immense. I dread England meeting the Aussies - they never give up. One downer, our hotel is full of the noisy buggers. No sleep tonight!! </p>

    Just got back from the Aussie Bar in Munich

    What a game -atmosphere in there amazing I am somewhat influenced by alcohol (Spaten NOT Fosters) so this post may make no sense but 2 comments
    Aussie Goalie -what was Hiddink thinking - Hope he sees sense for the Italy game
    Graham Poll wtf one of the worst reffing performaces of the tournament so far

    I wanted Croatia to win before the game, mainly 'cos I'm sick of Aussies crowing about sport, but I have to admit that by the end of the game they thoroughly deserved their victory. A decent showing all round for them in the group stages, at least once they figured out how to score. Poll had a nightmare, though.
