11549 , ninian only holds 14916.If we would have taken up our alloted 2k(I counted 78 tarn fans)then thatwould have leftaround 1500 empty places in the home ends, which I'm sure would mean crammed terraces. It looked pretty full tbh. ***** for a capitol tho.
They'll out come out of the woodwork if they get promoted and with a new stadium and all. Then again isn't that football fans all over the country . Look at us 30,000 + for Wembley - 25,000+ for Cardiff and under 10,000 for the last home game
http://www.soccerbase.com/results3.sd?gameid=494075 Cardiff 2-0 Birmingham. Attendance 20109 - the first sell-out they had since 1961!
Under 10,000 v QPR? FFS it was a Tuesday evening against a club form London.
The actual attendance, if you care to take note, was 9890 with approximately 150 QPR fans.
That leaves 9740 Home fans
9470 ona Tuesday evening in January?
Excellent!

Cardiff shouldnt be allowed in english league.... along with Swansea. How come everytime someone mentions the old firm duo possibly entering our league everyone starts kicking off, yet we have 2 welsh teams in already?!!! you could count Chester too. disgrace-get em out!
RE: Cardiff shouldnt be allowed in english league.... It appears that Wrexham has become part of Shropshire.
How could you count Chester ? The county town of Cheshire ?? In England ??? Chester's about as Welsh as Barnsley's Lancastrian .
dunno if its a myth But I read somewhere that its still legal to shoot with a bow and arrow any Welshman within the city walls.
i read somewhere that chesters stadium is on welsh/english border... as in halfs in wales other in england but dunno how much of that is true.
and here's proof that im right! taken from www.footballgroundguide.co.uk The ground was opened in 1992. All four sides are covered and are roughly the same height, making the stadium look quite tidy. Each stand has perspex windshields to each side, whilst the corners of the ground are open. The stadium is a small, fairly simple affair with two sides being seated and the two ends being terrace. The East Stand is slightly taller than the facing West Stand, having a few more rows of seating and some enclosed glassed viewing areas at the back of it. The stadium is completed with a set of four thin modern floodlight pylons. One interesting fact about the ground is that most of it (apart from half the East Stand and the club offices) is in actually situated in Wales.
No. 1 son is at Chester University with Rothred's lad But neither have mentioned that !! Although he has been down to Elsecar Heritage Centre today , asking if anyone could make him a longbow !!!
Part of the new ground is in Wales But the city is in England . The best way to end up in Chester A & E is to taunt the locals by calling them Welsh . They're fiercely patriotic and hate the Welsh more than we hate the Dee Dahs .
I thought it might be summat like that. It's a bit long-winded all this though isn't it? Cardiff building a new stadium etc? On the subject of bows and arrows as Spartacus claimed ....... you can still possess a longbow in your home (with arrows) without a licence.
