I know his dad's Welsh, my uncle went to school with him.

But I'm sure Michael was born in Hawarden himself, he certainly grew up there as a baby upwards.

You complain about Hargreaves right to represent England. What about John Barnes. Father is made the Ambassador of Jamaica to the Court of St James, brings over his family etc. J.B. born in Jamaica of West Indian paraents, sytays in England and plays for England.
