What a great morning of test cricket in Adelaide

I finally bit the bullet and upgraded my Virgin media package this morning to include BT Sports. Some will say I shouldn't but what the hell - the way this test match is boiling up I can't stand just seeing thirty seconds of highlights on BBC News. We have a chance of winning this match now and, if we do, that will make the rest of the series interesting.

I got onto the Virgin help desk at about 0930 and within ten minutes BT Sport was set up and I was watching live cricket. Just need to watch the 90 minute highlights progamme now for what I missed during the night. What I saw was stunning cricket though and it was brilliant to watch the Barmy Army taunting the Aussies with the "T" sign for all the reviews that they should have been making but couldn't because they had lost them.

By the way, in case anyone is in the same position, it is an extra £18 per month on a 30-day rolling contract. Suits me fine that - I can't guarantee being at this address in another twelve months time so happy with that. I know all the arguments about subscription channel sport but £18 per month is great value as far as I am concerned for HD live pictures. I can afford it, so I bought it. Easy!
