Why does an evenly matched league where everyone can beat everyone.... ....mean it is a weak league? I just don't understand the thinking behind that one. IMO, the Premier League is much weaker relative to its status, for precisely the reason that only 3 or 4 clubs have any chance of winning it. According to your logic, the Scottish Premier is one of the strongest leagues in Europe. Agree fully with your point re play-offs though! Anyone who says they're a bad thing needs their head reading.
