... Not. He really is an objectionable little toe rag. Mouthing off at the Assistant ref....."get your f###ing flag up" I know it goes on, but he does it all the time. What a role model. Should have been a yellow card straight away. He only got booked cos he kept arguing.
Why people think footballers should be role models is beyond me. You're role models should be your parents not over paid tossersmlike Steven Gerard .!!!!!
He's not playing to be. Role model he's playing to win. If he thought it was offside then he's got Right to say. Personally I though he was right, it looked a long way off
She wasn't questioning his right to say it she was commenting on the language and attitude he was using to a fellow human being
Unfortunately young footballers do copy the behaviours they see on the pitch. I'm struggling to identify a role model from recent football history. They're certainly not my role models, but if rugby players can show the ref some respect, it shows it can be done. Needs a total culture change.
Fired you need that on the pitch. Off the pitch they will be nice people but on it, totally difference.
Oh the irony... Isnt the reason you have had a life long vendetta against bobby hassel, is because he swore within 300 yards of you, once?
Lol, have you even played the game? Just had a conversation with my husband. Between us we have about 30 years of football at various levels. Neither of us have ever sworn at an official. It is unnecessary. If it is so essential, how come top class rugby players don't do it? Because they respect the refs. Once again you don't know what you're on about.
