where some people refuse to take responsibility for their own actions, preferring to blame and claim from someone else because it's just too easy to do so and it absolves them from having to see themselves as they really are;

and where those who are prepared to take responsibility for themselves are prevented from doing so by interfering fluffies, scared of the irresponsibles.
