What a waste of a morning

2 weeks ago, I had a card pushed through my letter box saying that someone from Berneslai Homes had turned up without prior warning to carry out a repair & wanting me to arrange access. I phoned the number on the card the next day to sort things out, to be told they had no record of any repairs being needed on my home & to forget about it.

Last week, another card but this time with a job number written on it. Phoned again & this time I got somewhere. Made arrangements for them to come this morning between 8am & noon. Still fecking waiting!

 

Finally turned up

Over an hour and a half late. (
