2. Scum like this are either very clever or....

...the Social Services department responsible are absolutely useless. How can this kind of situation NOT be spotted before they get their ultimate kick by actually killing the child? Over 60 visits to the house by social services? Are they blind or, as I said, are these mutants just too clever?
You read things like this and it's obvious there is a case for compusory sterilisation. There is always a history so it stands to reason that this "behaviour" will just replicate over and over through the generations. Trouble is that everybody just shakes their head and tut tuts and says "this must never be allowed to happen again". Oh but it will won't it...many times over.

I read about this this morning and was absolutley discussed at the length of their prison terms. I hope the prison guards really do stand back while the other inmates kick the living **** out of them.

That would be against their human rights

And they would recieve compensation for not being protected.

In fact I'm suprised they are not suiing the local authority for failing to protect their child from them.

You were "discussed" [sic] by the prison term?

Why? They have an indefinate term, so the parole board have to review, it does not mean they're certain to be released in just a few years.

Was it not more of a case of...

the identities of the other kids being potected to allow them to be re-settled elsewhere?

Prison is no punishment either ...

... they will spend their days in a warm cosy cell with TV's to watch and books to read.

If we must keep them alive (and they should all die a death befitting of their crime), they should spend the rest of their lives breaking rocks every waking hourbefore they return to solitary confinement and bread and water. Make the punishment fit the crime, stop thinking about the criminals and make prison something to be feared, there is no good to be done to society by ever releasng these scum.

Hopefully they will get what they deserve in prison from other inmates, the mother especially.

Any do-gooders on here feel free to give me a reason why these animals should not suffer every minute for the rest of their lives ...

...and no doubt out in 15 years. Connelly be 48 by then and won't be a threat to society..... Oh aye.

The bleeding hearts and left-wing pinkoe faggots that dispensed with the death penalty should be getting a twinge of guilt right about now.

    Nothing is worse

.. than torturing and killing a defenceless child, that cannot reason, defend, or fight back.

Like all kids he had to rely on his parents for protection and security, and got absolutely nothing but fear, abuse and pain that he could never understand or do anything about.

It's a crying shame that these people could be freed in years to come. No amount of prison will ever pay for what they have done, or for the immeasurable pain and suffering they have caused to a defenceless and trusting little boy.

They should be subject to hard and unrelenting labour for life, with no access to phones, TVs, newspapers, friends or relatives. They shouldhave to die a thousand deaths every day.

Not sure Humour is appropriate in this thread

But to pick you up on one point - I think if you are from Colchester you might not agree with that statement.

On a serious not I really dont know what the right punishment is - I am inclined to agree with Red Rag above but civilised counties dont behave like that

RE: Not sure Humour is appropriate in this thread

You're quite right about that. The problem is that some of the pond-life scum that live here don’t follow the same rules but take full advantage of human right legislation whenever they can. What they did to that little lad was barbaric and if ever there was a case that justifies draconian punishment this is it. In fact all crimes against children where rape and murder are involved should attract serious draconian sentencing.

Would that be the civilised country what provides better facilites inside prison than in the real world and treat the criminals as victims and the victims as *****?
