    It's completely different being a number two and an actual manager. Brendan Rogers has struggled since leaving Chelsea for example.

    Has he?

    I thought he took a team that was in the bottom 3/4 when he took over to mid-table and has since landed one of the top jobs in the Championship.

    To me that's not struggling.

    He did alright

    Not started well at Reading.

    I thought they were poor on Saturday. We made them look good after the equaliser.

    They've lost some players but then they've brought some in too.
