    This league is so poor and tight that a top half finish is still entirely possible, as far away as that seems at present. It won't happen under LJ but if the necessary changes are made quickly, a rapid rise up the division is very achievable. It's unlikely I concede, but again, the league has nothing in it from top to bottom.
