Forward and Centre Half need someone who doesn't miss when he's in the box. Doesn't have to be young. doesn't have to be particularly quick but we just need someone who sticks the ball in the net. Richards holds up the ball, but I'd never put money on him in a one on one, Nardiello has potential but is lazy and greedy, while Coulson and the rest are young and inexperienced. We need a journeyman striker (Lee Trundle sort of guy) who. like I said, will stick away a higher percentage of chances we usually make. We conceded another goal caused by poor defending yesterday. While I agree that a certain amount of a poor defensive performances is the fault of Nick Colgan for not dominating the box, but he kept us in it yesterday so I won't complain. We basically need 6 ft tall brick **** house type to win aerial balls and dominate because the keeper won't. A final point on this, you'd obviously have to drop Kay or Reid and it's difficult. A month ago I'd have said drop Reid very quickly but he seems to have upped his games and Kay has made a couple of mistakes of late. However, I'd keep Kay because he actually cares about the club, seems proud to wear the red jersey and always appears to lead the defence and get angry when errors are made more than Paul Reid. I'd drop Reid, make Kay captain and get a new guy with him in the middle. Some say we need a Ronnie Wallwork style midfielder but if we get decent examples of the two player types mentioned above I reckon we'll cope.
I dunno If we were prepared to splash 200k on Williamson then I dunno 300-400k if available? Depends on other Irons in the fire ie. are there any more quality loan signings available

ide like to see 4 more players in, a centre half, defensive midfielder and 2 strikers. cant say who the players ide like but qualitlys should be that our current players lack. defender should be tall and combative, takes everything is his way, also with a bit of pace(faster that what we have got). midfielder defensive speaks for itself, tough tackling wins ball and playes it simple. strikers, one target man alot taller and stronger than richards such as a player like cardiffs tompson and one with pace who can score goals like mcleod ( but he will be out of our price range). and then just generally to of load players like healy, willliams, wroe, mcpharland and bring in better players few more loans to add to squad and pick a few from league 1 & 2 to make squad stronger, as our squad players aren't good enough to step up
