What did people think of the Referee today?

Had a good game.....

Stood up to Charlton's whinging. Got most things right apart from when Macken got fouled on the edge of the area.

 

I thought he did well.

 

Got everything right in my opinion.
Spot on.

 

Did OK...

was particularly impressed with how he listened to the linesman after he'd given a FK the other way.

He did though miss 2 blatant handballs directly in fron t if him and should have awarded a free kick / pen for the foul on Macken. Subsequently gave fouls agains macken for much less

 

Wish we'd had him last week, was taking any of the climbing and pushing that the ref against Leicester did.

 

did his job missed a few though picked on macken a bit RACIST

 

Thank god. I thought he had a reasonable game and thought it was just me.
We seemed to have the rub of the green today but in a fair an unbiased way.
Saw the Officials after the game amongst a load of Barnsley fans.
There was no grief towards them which speaks volumes
I still think it wasa Penalty though when Mackem was brought down as he was about to pull the trigger and hopefully score.

i thought the ref was possibly the best we've had all season. got almost every decision stop on, and even after the little scuffle when van homet and varney collided didn't let the game decend into anarchy

 

I thought he had a very good first half but then went to pieces in the second!

 

id agree with DanT got almost everything spot on, yes there was Macken and his Peno but thats one thing and at least we won by 3 so its not really an issue is it

 

Didn't notice him - a classic sign of the man in the middle getting it spot on.
