Just watched Saturdays game for the second time today and the 5th time in all, and half way through the second half, Motty says Foster is really good "Whats he doing in the lower divisions" ?

Now I respect Motty, I like him, but IMHO I always thought the 3rd and 4th divisions (League1 and League 2 in Modern-speak) were the "lower divisions". Is the Championship now included in that category ?
