You can be a Director without having to be a shareholder. But yes, it begs the question, what is her role and what does she bring as a stand alone director if she has no equity in the investment vehicle. Those shareholders had better not fall out, a very broad split with nobody having individual control of it.
I was under the impression that Dickson Lee and Grace Hung were directors almost as representatives of Chien and Paul respectively.
