What does Pns 18 mean on a Telewest bill?

    Telewest should be rebranded as wildwest

    they have so many cowboys working there.

    When I used thenm the once billed 3 times in a mth, When I questioned in they sais 'well it doesnt appear on our system' to which i replied welll it appears on my statement sort it.

    This went on for weeks Eventually i had to go to oftel eho sorted it in 5 mins

    The only thing I can find that mentions Pns is something about Presentation numbers?

    Presentation Number allows the caller to send a number other than the one belonging to the line they are using. The presented number must belong to the caller; a typical use would be sending the main switchboard number from a direct line extension. BT don't offer PNs yet but are working on it.

    It's not a million miles - and i can see you being a bit fed up with two weeks at the Reebok as there's literally nothing around it ,so i can understand you doing that.

    Why not have the odd night there if you're starting to feel a bit knackered?
