A careless and very upset one I would imagine He'll not do it again, but it's one of those situations where learning your lesson doesn't really cut it.
MESSAGE to the South Yorkshire POLICE.............the law on air rifles has been changed Airguns have to be covered in an appropriate cover while walking through the streets. However, people using these weapons must have permission on someones land before they are allowed to shoot. There are restrictions on where people can use these weapons All the Police need to do is stop these people and ask them where they have got permission to shoot. If they say things like 'I'm going ratting'.......................then the Police have the power to fine or lock these people up But they dont, and consequently we will have guys somewhere in the Barnsley district at this very moment in time stood on a public footpath using these weapons illegally Lets wait while someone gets badly injured, say by an eye being shot out, by this illegal use that is persistant in the district and then there maybe another purge by the Police
RE: A careless and very upset one I would imagine Learning your lesson? More like at last realising a. why he ought not have been let loose with children. And b. the stupidity of authorizing gun ownership (imo for whatever reason)
