    Mixed information coming out of Oakwell I think. Alan Nixon said we were close but LJ said recently we were in discussions but not close to a signing. Not sure what's going on at the moment with regards recruitment and it seems some people are making Holgate a scapegoat, whether fair or not.

    Personally I don't want to hear anything from them unless there's something to announce. Seems to be a sense of entitlement in a lot of modern football fans though.

    I dont think fecking twitter is helping! Or facebook or any of the social media ! All it does is dive the fans to want to know everything at all times. It was a lot better when all our signings were done behind closed doors the announced in the Chronicle on Friday morning !
    Now there is a need to know the second anything happens, its a ******** world we live and people castigate Ben for being part of it !
