Man Utd ones in 97/98? When we beat them at Oakwell but should have had a pen at Old Trafford in the 1-1 draw

    Gotta be the

2 Manure games in 1998. Had everything, local hero (Scott), all action hero (Ashley), dodgy decisions by Mike Riley (Liddell should have won that penalty), aging hero scoring (Super John). Add to that the crowd noise could be heard indoors 2 miles away they were incredible matches

    RE: 1-1 Leicester

End to end stuff in extra time. That David Oldfield was immense for them in that game.

Also, Spurs replay, Stoke 3-3 and replay, Man Utd 1-1 and replay and the Chelsea and West ham games in which we hammered both of them.

Bradford away the other season was a belter as well.

    Yeah that was good

But Man U is Man U and beating them is a quality result. Ask any Premiership team. Even Arsenal, Liverpool, Chelsea etc go crakers when they beat Man U.

    what about Bromsgrove away

biggest snatch and grab everwe thought we'd stolen a replay only to go straight back up to score the winner, probably the only time ive ever felt really sorry for the opposition, we were dreadful that day and no way did we deserve a positive result

    Oooops!

    Forgot about that.

I was there I even named my late dog Archie after Owen's goal in that game.

Abiding memory is of a guy (Bromsgrove fan) in the stand collapsing and being given heart massage for ages. Never did find out if he survived, did anybody else see that?

    Not half!

I clearly remember being stood there thinking of the stick I'd get at work on Monday....then I was thinking that I had to arrange time off for the replay....my mate said as we went forward again "Come on and finish it now" and the ball was in the net again!

Their players were sat, distraught, on the field!

    Leicester twice

one went to a replay, two of the greatest goals Ive seen at Oakwell by Archdeacon and Joachim, and we won on penos. there was also a 2-1 win at their place in the 80's where Steve Lowndes scored the winner I believe. I will wait for Tyketical to correct me...
