Not that it counts for anything but some of the views on here have slightly bemused me. Firstly, I think for the first 20 minutes it was an even game with the crowd in full voice but then there was the goalmouth scramble in our box and after that the players looked nervous and the crowd went flat. Hourihane who had started well started to go deeper for the ball leaving the strikers isolated and as a result they saw more of the ball and started to dictate play Our players just weren't at the races after that. LJ tried 3 formations from what I saw (4-3-1-2, 4-5-1 and 4-4-2) but to no avail as it looked to me like the occasion had got the better of them. Yes it left me very angry and disappointed but on reflection a reality check was needed. Shame it had to be on Saturday but if we win our next 2 games then i'm sure Saturday will be long forgotten.
