is the plain stupid decision to (once again) ignore the FA/FL directive and instead of re-organising the Charlton match for the earliest possible date organising it for a month after the initial date on a day when both clubs knew that Charlton may be in action ultimately leading to the game being replayed 3 months after the initial postponement which has in turn meant that instead of potentially having 3 extra points on the board now (a very real possibility) and being out of the relegation places and in the ascendency with a positive outlook and confidence we are instead at the foot of the table negatively shitting ourselves. Game should have been replayed around the 4th or 11th of Feb when both clubs were free and in line with the football league regulations of 'at the earliest reasonable opportunity' which no matter how you look at it was never the 25th of february well over six weeks later or due to the utter stupidity of setting that date then the 15th of april over 3 months after the abandonement
It could be a big factor. When the bottom of the league is so tight and you have wilfully passed up the opportunity to get points on the board early in favour of sitting looking at a table which shows you at a disadvantage for the most important three months of the season then yes I think it could contribute significantly.
Not really as we were in a relegation place where had we played charlton who are also in one (and so in our minds equal to us) and beaten them we would have been out of the relegation spots with a much more positive outlook and feeling that we deserve to beat teams Of course this is just one scenario and the other is that charlton hammered us
