    he is an advisor to the swindon manager which i should imagine will mean he is not been paid?

    but in the long run what it means is that he wanst the job and the board will screw the current manager

    the Swindon board believe that Onuora is too "lazy" to do his job properly, and are sending in an expert on such matters to sort him out.

    That's what I heard, anyway.
