What is the Academy hierarchy?

    We have an Academy Manager (Bobby) but also an Academy Operations Manager (Shaun Selby) and a Head of Academy Coaching (Greg Miller). Then we have a U23's Head Coach (Paul Harsley) and a Lead PDP Coach (Disco). So who reports to who? Is Bobby (4/1) higher up the ladder than Paul Harsley (25/1)?

    Bobby is top of the tree with GM reporting into him then all coaches reporting into GM so
    PH (Senior Dev Coach) Disco (Lead Prof Dev Coach) , Andy Holdsworth (Lead Coach Youth Development U12-14) and Rob Watson (Lead Coach Youth Foundation U9-11)
