Can somebody please tell me what the point is anymore? The whole model at the club is set up to fail, & everyone but the owners can see it!! Obviously the reason they are even involved with the club is to make a profit. But that’s not helping us supporters, who support the club up & down the country in hopes of seeing us beat the best sides possible at the highest level possible. Well now that’s not the case anymore, with these charlatans. We have our best season for years at this level & it’s deemed a failure…… a ******* FAILURE! Ffs! And now we are the whipping boys of the league, the worst team in the EFL. It’s embarrassing to be quite honest. I won’t be donning my Barnsley shirt in public for a while!
And whats worse than them seeing last season as a failure is that if they some how manage to offload players in January and the summer for a profit theyll see this season as a success even if / when we end up relegated.
Our most valuable asset last season was the coach. We got a measly 2m for him and an exodus followed.
We are getting no money for this set of ******* losers. I don’t care if we were good last season, they are a waste of space.
