I know there is a 'Lotteries Office' next to the club shop, but what do they actually do? Probably gonna look stupid now, just never heard anything or had anything to do with them?
its where they decide on future transfers and where the half time tactical decisions have been made this season
Apparently there are three machines in there, before each match a independant adjudicator picks a machine and loads it with numbered balls corresponding to our squad numbers . First 11 numbers out ,play, next 5 on the bench . At half time they pick another machine and the substitutes draw is made.
They don't do much - No 50/50 results on official site since the West Ham game. I've heard they've been claimed, but for us that have bought a ticket, we would like to know what the number(s) were.
Always wondered the same. I've never really worked out why the lotteries office which is presumably used by a tiny minority of people appears to be 5 times the size of the box office which is used by thousands. I assume there is a reason for it but having never been inside I've always wondered what that reason is
