Seriously, if the bloke couldn't see the penalty for Spain wasn't a penalty, and even worse, if he can't then flag up the fact that the keeper was nearly out of the 6 yard box when it was taken, what's the ******* point of him being there. Has anyone seen one contribute to a decision being made yet?
I'm not generally in favour of 'keepers being penalised for moving, but that was blatant. Having said that the penalty decision was atrocious. Russian commentators currently discussing whether felling someone with your stomach counts as a foul. I suppose they need something to amuse them after their display against Wales yesterday.
