in supporting a manager and his players only for the board not to support them long term.

We`ve just let him use the transfer window then cillit bang and he`s gone.

We need a board with some backbone, I don't know why I say we cos I`m feeling further away from the club yet again and at this moment in time feel like calling **** on it.

More wastage, more money up **** creek, another manager wanting to build his own squad. Loadsamoney.

Tend to disagree. The only thing Mansford has done debatably this season is sacking Wilson, and I personally think that should have been done a few weeks ago when we lost MK Dons

Cryne brought him in to replace Rowing. Cryne isn't well enough to run a football club and it's up to Mansford. Whether Mansford is the right man for the job or not of which is another debate, it's up to him to be top dog unless Cryne wants all the pressures again

Aye it were Mansford`s decision weren`t it? It`s Cryne`s toy, its his money, he can do whatever he wants with it, but I`m afraid it may well be without my backing come the Summer.

Why? Surely you've got to stick with the club through thick and thin! Look at it as a day out like I have done over the past few seasons and don't let the football spoil the football haha ;)

I do not think it is a team problem as it was apparent whoever Wilson brought in the team just did not gel. That surely points to the manager for whatever reasons. Just look at Forest - change manager and instant improvement. It happens in football but most important is the new appointment; the track record is not good. As previous posts I would prefer a younger Manager who has recently retired from the game and understands the modern game. The game has changed and maybe the likes of Wilson and Pearce have not gone with the change. For those who disagree with the sacking look at it from a business point of view. Your business - crowds reducing alarmingly danger of dropping to a lower level hence same outgoings but less incomings. Would you do nothing?
