Is it in any way comparable to MS Word? Or just a crappy version? Or is it more like Notepad, with basic functions?
it is a more basic text editor like notepad but it still contains formatting like different font sizes etc that you find in microsoft word. It isnt ideal for 'proper' wordprocessing really
Shut it Chelsea fullback! So what is word then? Can you only type one word using MS Word? Not that I have to justify myself to you, but it was a work colleague who asked me the question - I had never come across the program. I said I didnt know, but I knew where I could ask to find out. (wnkr)
RE: Shut it Chelsea fullback! Word is a more powerful word processing programme with more functions including the likes of a Thesaurus and Dictionary. You can manipulate your letter far better in Word than Wordpad. Things that you can do in MS Word include draw tables, insert images, mail merge and several more......
