    Not had Zebra

or raw goose to my knowledge

but eaten things in the far east where I thought it better not to ask

I try to follow the following rules

    1. must be dead
    2. must must have a backbone - not an exoskeleton (shellfish excepted)
    3. if not aquatic it should have no less than 2 legs and no more than 4

    - not always succeded mind

Tripe probably is the weirdest thing I have ever had.

Not fond missen as its like eating soggy cardboard. Mi granfatha liked it though and was also fond of pigs trotters.

RE: tha aint bin brought up reight

My mum liked it - I tried it and don't have any desire to have again.

Saw article about horse meat on The F Word last week, interesting, far lower in fat than beef. I don't see the problem if it is properly bred for food.
