    Have to say I have a grudging respect for him because, like Ronnie Moore, he put up with a hell of a lot of stick and always took it in good part.

    same here

    Like when Chris Shuker visited us playing for tranmere (was it) shortly before we signed him. I didn't like him, thought he was a dirty little Barsteward. But when we signed him, it was different - he was our dirty little Barsteward. lol. </p>

    This doesn't extend to certain players - I wouldn't support Ben Thatcher.</p>


    As for Kevin Pressman - good professional. </p>

    Thats why it annoys me, when if a player is linked with us, its NO, NO WAY, DIRTY BASTRD. but if he signs...HE'S our dirty bastrd.
