IMHO he has made a massive difference to our whole game this season. Towards the end of last season we still passed the ball well enough up to the last 3rd but then didn't seem to have much of a clue. Cywka is getting people around him playing, his partnership with Mellis is excellent and there's a real cutting edge.
I think we know what needs to be done, offer the biggest deal we can. That said, I'd rather lose him for nothing at the end of the season than sell him for half a million in January.
