Barnsley fans get on Praise or Grumble and argue the case for Barnsley FC not allowing Radio Sheffield to access the club - and what do you get from Radio Sheffield..........."oh I can't be botherd with this"..........SWITCH OFF

George Galloway hosts a radio programme and pulls the government to pieces..........when a caller phones in and argues the case for the government..........George then gives it the .......SWITCH OFF.

When I argue the case for all the parents and kids that were abused, threatend, had objects such as coins and bottles thrown at them at Wembley............Site Admin then gives it the..............SWITCH OFF

Yep thats right I've been banned from this message board for a couple of days for argueing with Bluebeard (who still refuses to admit that the Cardiff fans have a particular problem only associated with their fans regarding grown men attacking families).
And, although I got banned................Bluebeard didn't, even tho he was the one initially using the threatening behaviour.

And before someone on here jumps on the band wagon and says you ought to be banned for longer, just think of this................if those kids were yours or if the abuse and attacks were directed at a kid on here that was well known, say Laura............what would your reaction be then ???

The violence of Cardiff fans towards ordinary Barnsley fans and their families has been swept under the carpet - by;

1) Site Admin, who choose to ignore it even though theres been much talk about incidents on here.
{This message board could have been used to send a very strong message out to the likes of Barnsley FC, Cardiff FC, Portsmouth FC and the police concerning this matter}.

2) The police at Wembley who stood and watched this going on and did nothing.

3) Newspapers, who are obviously refusing to report it "as it may incite other problems"

 

Nudger, I'd assumed your ban was for trying to whip up trouble on the Pompey websites ahead of their game with Cardiff. While I agree that there was some shameful stuff from the Cardiff 'fans' at the weekend, your response and subsequent actions were unfortunate, to say the least.

 

I find it quite incredible that a football fan who posts a thread on another clubs messageboard saying " hope you bash cardiff off the pitch" ..spreading ill informed hatred..knowing full well this will get a reaction and stir up potential violence..is crying wolf

you are like a ten year old kid mate

 

I can't believe how dismissive some of the fans have been on this site about the incidents on Sunday and how the Cardiff fans acted. Unfortunately i think they would have to experience their own kids or wives been abused/spat at to understand what it feels like and the anger it causes

 

This post gave me a great idea. I've added a few people to my ignore list so I don't have to read this crap.

I can tell you about my experiences of barnsley fans in cardiff in 2003 and indeed of a few idiots on sunday at wembley wearing red shirts

but I dont think you want to hear about it

these people are not "fans", we have more idiots than barnsley do but thats not in question, cardiff fans can give examples of scummy behaviour of barnsley fans by the bucketload, welsh flags being burnt , a barnsley fan threatened me as I shook hands with decent fans by the coach park after the game but I dont make sweeping generalisations and ignore those individuals for what they are

We have our fair share of idiots at Barnsley - I'd say 100 to 200 that look for trouble and another 2 to 3000 that will join in if it kicks off at a derby match
BUT THATS NOT THE POINT !!!!!!!!!!!!!

PLEASE READ THIS CARFULLY.................your fans, Cardiff fans, attacked and abused families with CHILDREN at Wembley. They through bottles at coaches they screamed abuse in childrens faces shouting things like "English Barsteward" they barged into blokes on a day out with their Children...........they are anti-English and they took it out on family groups NOT other fans out for this type of action

I have watched football for 40 years and this is the first time I have ever encounted anything like this


And you refuse to admit this...............so you are as BAD as they are

Read my previous thread about cardiff 2003. Not been rude but is it really worth you coming on this site as it seems to be causing alot of trouble

 

The word was 'beat'..............not 'bash'

I said I hope you beat them on the pitch and off the pitch..... meaning this..........i hope Pompey win, which is unusual for me because I usually go for the underdog. But not on this occasion.
And off the pitch....... meaning that I hope they are better prepared than we were and if grown cardiff fans do pick on families that Pompey are ready to knock the smoke out of the Cardiff fans thats doing it

I also said this on Rivals.net..............if I saw a Barnsley fan a grown man screaming abuse in the face of a 8 year old kid from another club, I would step in and slap that guy. And I'm sure most Barnsley fans would do the same.
But Cardiff fans see this as a badge of honour because they are attacking something or someone English...........the Cardiff fans have created another lower level of hooliganism

I was one who raised an issue that happened to my family at Wembley and having read numerous views and opinions, I feel it is about time that we moved on and that includes CCFC supporters. This is a site for mainly Barnsley fans to discuss issues, experiences around BFC and should remain so. There are enough people on here that are controversial enough without adding to it. Please feel free to come back around the time of our next meeting in May or to comment on current issues but don't slag off us genuine fans who love our club claiming we are trying to cause trouble..... to Young Nudger, thanks for the concern and do not stop speaking passioniately about our club, just leave this issue now and lets concentrate on Preston and the most important thing.... THE REDS STAYING UP!!!

I don't think they have incited anything. They have made the point that it is not all Cardiff fans but an idiot minoirty who they've condemmed. In my opinion Cardiff have a bigger idiot minority than most, and in some instances the Cardiff fans on here have agreed.

Young Nudger on the other hand has condoned the actions of hooligans becuase the only attack grown men

she forgets to mention 12 cardiff fans were also convicted, in a court of law

those are the facts of that day, we were in burger king on st mary street watching as barnsley and cardiff fans fought in the street,,but kanecat thinks it was all cardiff fans, or rather thats what she wants you to believe

a throughly horrible day all around but make no mistake barnsleys "fans" were far from blameless, in fact the conviction figures suggest they were at the core of the disorder
