    Probably still having a laugh.

I think anyone who went today did so in 'party mode'.

Word from the ground is they don't really care because we have stayed up and now nothing can bother them.

Why whats to party about. Where getting battered.

I just don't get this party mode. I'm relieved we didn't go down, but to go down their for a party is not on. We just stayed up and the fact we did just stay up is no reason to party. Now the situation West Brom are in is a party situation.

before complaining at why we were in a good mood, why wasnt you supporting your team there?

we went for a "party" because we finally had a chance to celebrate not having to worry for once, because for the first time this season we had no pressure on our backs. i went, everyone i saw was smiling, even at 7-0 down. we joined in with the mexican wave, we cheered when west brom scored, we chanted back and forth with their fans, and there was no trouble at all, so why get the tit on that we went to have fun?

I tell you what we were doing

We were having a right laugh.

Come on! We knew we were on the wrong end of a battering after about 20 minutes, so we decided to enjoy ourselves!

Joining in the Mexican wave, joining in the "boing boing" when WBA scored. Singing "7-0 we don't give a f*ck". The conga line that paniced the stewards.

And a rousing chorus of "We love you Barnsley!" about 5 mins from the end that drowned 17000 baggies.

We were playing a team that needed to win to confirm their playoff status, and last season were a premier league outfit, and had kept a number of those players.

Totally agree.......... Was a great day out. Plenty of singing done by the away following, far more than the poor home support! Plenty of banter.

Spoke to plenty of WBA fans after the game and they all praised the Barnsley fans.

    not forgetting

the "just like watching Brazil" that did the same right at the end, and earned a round of applause from the baggies.

was a great day all the way through, can imagine it looking bad on the TV but the atmosphere in our end was great, we were louder than them all the way through and had a really good laugh, picking on people near us in the WBA who were bald or looked like Ozzy Osbourne :D and that Ozzy looking goth wouldn't even give us a wave!
