What not to expect from the club re customer service

    This is not a whinge about unfairness...I am a ST holder and was not going to Anfield (so good luck to everyone who is)

    but these issues do seem to be common to the BFC handbook of dealing with your supporters...

    So do not expect...


    1 Any improvements on ticket allocation in the future (this is not a new thing, this seems to be the only way that BFC is prepared to do things...after all they are always right!)

    2 Any contrition toward to disappointed

    3 Any apologies for completely ignoring the elderly and the youngsters who were queing in the cold to no avail

    4 Any improvement or change in customer service

    5 Any acknowledgment of the problems that fans faced over this period

    6 Any others?
