Maybe we should praise Davey, he put out his second option team and what i heard and saw on the tv they played pretty well. It could be that Davey is not as dumb as he looks. It would have been nice to get a result at Newcastle, but the be all will come this week-end, he as rested a lot of players, and the ones that came in tonight did well, the ones that have been rested will take heart from tonights performance and go down to WBA and give them a good hiding, if only it was that simple. We will get something this week-end i'm sure, if it's only a bloody nose, it won't be a 7-0 thrashing that's for sure
spot on mate, if allardyce can see what davey was trying to do, it must have some merit. we can't just turn up and play hell for leather against a prem team, we'd be slaughtered. as it is we can hold our heads high and learn from it
