    They're advertising a job in barnsley on a 3 hour a week contract paying just £4.28 an hour

    It's in their store in Barnsley town centre so I suspect that they are deliberately trying to get someone in who is 16 so that thry can avoid paying the minimum wage but their job advert never mentions any upper age limit
