I have just found out about the "New" manager and I cannot believe that this has been announced 24 hours after what can only be described as the worst perfomance by a manager in all the time I have been watching the Reds(40years). The shambolic mess that was a match yesterday can as DIRE. The team selection and tactics were abysmal, the sight of our new man in charge just standing there, like a complete fool not knowing what to do, was just about the most pathetic sight I have seen in a long time.
When did Simon Davey become the "experienced" manager that we were told was going to be appointed.
It is becoming quite obviouis that both Patrick Cryne and Gordon Shepherd should not say anymore to the media , because they are now a laughing stock and are not to be trusted to tell the truth and are Shysters of the highest order.

Now having got that off my chest,
I hope and pray that Simon Davey will become one of the bright, young and most importantly SUCESSFULL managers in the game. Its just that I dont think he will, BUT while ever he is at the club I will give my undying support to him , just like I have done to every other manager we have had in the past.

I dont know how many people on here have been watching the Academy sides this season, but if they are anything to go by we are up **** creek. they are the worst bunch we have had in years.

It appears we couldn't actually get anyone else to do the job!

Not even Blackwell was daft enough.

What, you mean no one would want a job where you have to find star players who want a one year contract on tuppence ha'penny, keep us in the league, and you have 1 year to prove you are great or you are out.

    I can't believe that. (chinny)

I think that there are several Sunday teams that would have shown more fight than the Reds yesterday
