ok, first of all i dont resent or bear a grudge towards u just because we drew.
u have only seen us play once, with belmadi out (who is a very key player for us) for the first time since last season. for some reason burley changed it up on the left as well, taking skacel out.
you saw us in ONE GAME! we were all over WBA last week and were so unlucky not to win. they look nothing special and i take back what i always said about them winning the league.
fair play to you for gettin the draw, but u must be able to understand why we are frustrated. we've been fecked about for 10 years by rupert lowe and now things are starting to look up. we've got a number of players who were great in this league, a few that were good in the prem and 1 that completely ripped the SPL to pieces.
i didnt go so i cant really say, but i am absolutely gutted we didnt win. some of our players didnt get mentioned once on the radio.
as for bale, he got tackled early on by devaney (?) and was carryin an injury all through the first half so please just keep you're judgement reserved on him.
as for sayin our lot were very quiet, they were all i could hear on the radio. (who the hell are your commentators by the way? they were more interested in the sheffield-liverpool result from earlier).
good luck for this season! watch out for peschisolido whenever u play derby!

i dunno, i think it was about the 8th minute he went down from a devaney challenge and the commentators said he looked to be strugglin with his fitness.
also remember he is only 17 and that was his 4th game in 8 days

Tackled by Devaney. ?? If he cant cope with that then

you aint got much hope. Devaney is a racehorse not a carthorse. He's like a peparoni stick in boots. You just couldnt cope , fact. Sorry.

no i didnt go to the match, i did say that. did u even read my post?
and the fact is he's 17, and he already has a thigh strain from the WBA match. it was probably that which caused him trouble.

The reason some on here are slightly pissed is because some not all of your fans were implying that we are a team that should brushed aside with ease. Well we're not and proved it all this season so far. I also realise that all comments made on the saints are made after one match but you where making them without even seeing us play.

All the best for the rest of the season.

to be fair they 'coped' - they got a point (I'd call that coping). You're right about the other stuff though.

What are you on about then? You're hardly in a position to critique the match if you watched it on the radio! :pff

if u didnt go to the match, how the hell can u be in a position to comment on the performances of some players???

i understand completely, and i agree. from what i've seen/heard of u this season i think u could just be pushing for play-offs.
but with the squad we've got and the fact we just came down from the premiership we should be going for automatic. thats whats so frustrating.

I thought you played well mate.

I liked that Joey Deacon bloke you had in midfield.
That big lad at the back reminded me of Mohammed Ali.
The lad beside him is the spit of Simon Weston.

I think you may win League 1.
    Good luck to you all.

I hope you win your local derby against Peterborough.
    I hate those lot.

I also hope Bellendi gets better soon.
And I agree - Gareth Bale got injured after 2 seconds & was walking about with shrapnel hanging from his leg until he went off. In his pants. Young lads tend to do that.

    Good luck you Sainters.

We have heard all this before

from our blue and white neighbours down the road. You can carry on treating us like a small club but the fact of the matteris that we are both in the same league and if you don't go up this season like the big club down the road I can see you going into decline.
