Which is why I think Csaba would be nuts to go there. Boothroyd gets linked with every job going, yet hasn't worked in almost a year now, which is odd; and if Csaba took the job, how could he do any better than just keep them up and be binned in a couple of years too? Plus, their fans will probably view him as a nobody, and not take what he's done here seriously. He'd be on a hiding to nothing IMO.

Davey has been backed with more cash than pretty much any manager in their history and the squad still looks poor except JCR Steele Bogdanovic and Hume. Sacking him was the right thing to do. His team lacks organisation and balance. You are right they are a CCC/L1 club but the board and the fans want more than a relegation scrap every season. One year in the Prem ten years ago and they think they belong there! Most of the Dingles I speak to think after a few years in the CCC that they should be consolidated and looking upwards.

They look nailed on for relegation this year. We should have scored six against them on the first game of the season. It finished 2-2 down to our ineptitude in finishing them off and it is the only point they have got so far this season.

It would be a bad move for Csaba I agree. He can't and won't achieve anything at Barnsley. Mid-table and a good cup run is the very best they can hope for. There are never going to be big money investors interested in a tinpot club like them. I can't seem him going there myself. He would be crazy.

    Default Csaba to Barnsley.
Victor Chandler report a big move for Hearts manager Csaba Laszlo becoming the new Barnsley boss, after he was heavily backed this morning.

Christ, how many Csaba's are there? Csaba to Barnsley, Csaba to Newcastle, Csaba to hannover.

Csaba is Hearts manager and it will stay that way for the forseeable future.

    HOPEFULLY.

If Casaba were to leave, to any club, I would take ex Barnsley manager Simon Davey at hearts.

Work mate is a Barnsley fan and always said Davey is they stayed promoted!

Rafa Benitez was odds on to have left last week and look what happened. I think sometimes bookies play with the odds to get more punters backing a scenario e.g, Laszlo going to Barnsley or Rafa leaving Liverpool.

    Entitled to an opinion.

Thats seems a reasonable enough explanation as any.

Well I've no idea about a supposed rotation policy so could it be because he saved about 3-4 certain goals against Zagreb ?

are you serious or being sarcastic lol?

personally, i think well struggle against killie, because our centre backs were bullied all game by deuchar and samuel yesterday, and i can see the same coming from kyle all game if hes fit - i think we'll draw with them.

then celtic well we all know we wont be allowed to win that game by the SFA and thats IF we actually turn up and give it a good go, if we dont i can see us getting rolled over.

hows Csaba going to be feeling after that, still winless, and if he hasnt sorted out his diffrences with the mad one by then i just cant see him staying.

TBH, if he really has as little control over signings as we all fear, I reckon he's doing as good a job as we could expect from anybody.

The worrying thing is that Boothroyd the other JF is on the drift whereas Cszaba is tightening.

Csaba hardly set a foot out from the bench yesterday - his body language is so negative I supect he knows the games up sooner or later.

For what it's worth he said in the after match interview that it was a deliberate ploy to try to get the players to take more responsibility.

Would you rather have a half hearted Csaba who seems to have lost interest or someone who may not be as good a coach as Csaba but will give it everything??

My worry is it will be an korobochka type

He must be the only Barnsley fan in South Yorkshire who wanted him to stay then! The Dingles have been moaning for months on the radio to get him out. Boothroyd and Tony Adams are the names that have been mentioned down here. Nothing about Csaba.

If Csaba does go, and clearly that is still an 'if', then I reckon it's an absolute stick on we'd get the Korobochka type you mention.

Your source is your imagination, I have just been with one of the first team players and never mentioned Csaba leaving when talking about training.

I don't understand their attitude towards Davey at all. He took them up, kept them up, and knocked out Liverpool and Chelsea en route to an FA Cup semi-final. Barnsley are a Championship/League 1 yo-yo club: what on earth do their fans expect?

Which is why I think Csaba would be nuts to go there. Boothroyd gets linked with every job going, yet hasn't worked in almost a year now, which is odd; and if Csaba took the job, how could he do any better than just keep them up and be binned in a couple of years too? Plus, their fans will probably view him as a nobody, and not take what he's done here seriously. He'd be on a hiding to nothing IMO.

Some very unflattering comments on there about us. Mind you, they're bound to be touchy, we're supposed to be stealing their manager. lol What I find more surprising is that some wednesday fans have taken the time to go on there to bad mouth us as well. that is funny. Have they nothing better to do?

Amazing how ill informed people can be isnt it? I mean YO-YO club between championship and league one!!??? Weve been relegated to league one and promoted back to the championship once and were a fecking YO-YO club!

Oh and of course Davey got us to Wembley. Thats becoming a very tedious observation.

Some of the feckers should look at some of his other amazing feats ie 2 home wins in 2009 and our woeful away form during his reign AMONGST OTHER FACTORS.

    FFS!!!!
