My "boss" has a new boss. My boss is the biggest @rse licker I've ever known and has started refering to everything as a "come to jesus moment" So to me it's obvious that the new MD has said this phrase more than once in his management team. Anyway my boss is refering to EVERYTHING as a "come to jesus moment" - even making a coffee! I guess he thinks mimicking the new MD will somehow endear him and keep him secure in a job. I always thought a "come to jesus moment" was where an individual had a realisation that what they had been doing wasn't exactly in the best interest of "the organisation" and, to use an Americanism gets with the program. Or have I got it completely wrong?
