as the full ponty says everything is fine-no news on official site is fine because our glorious leaders know we will find everything out tommorow with a crowd of 19,000 it will bwe fine as only 3500 season tickets the crowd will be quite happily made up of people eagerly anticipating paying 20 quid a throw to watch-so in effect everything is ok and the official site is just gran
I am not one who usually moans or criticizes because I think many of the moans and critical coments are merely nit picking at a club who are trying to make the best of things while sticking to a very limited budget! However on the subject of the website I agree wholeheartedly with every comment which has been made over the last couple of days and repeatedly over the close season and throughout last season. In our modern society where communication is of paramount importance we can not have periods where there is no "official voice" of the club, regardless of "Rob" being on holiday, honeymoon or what! Putting articles on to a website is not rocket science and not beyond someone with even the most rudimentary computer skills! Apart from which why allow an employee to take 2 weeks holiday at this time - other people have to arrange weddings/honeymoons to fit in with their employers including other members of (nonplayin****taff) at Barnsley FC!

I'm sure Rob only works from a template... so all he has to do is physically tap in a few banal words and (possibly) send the revised template to Premium TV to upload...the Rob problies has the ability (ie, the tools) to do that himself an' all. Perhaps Rob isn't willing to groom another member of staff to do it, for fear he'll be found out to not be the talented writer he may consider himself. Or b) he's suggested he SHOULD groom someone and the powers that be aren't keen (I don't want to have Rob hanged when I don't know)
