Depends Lunch if it's a sandwich etc, dinner if it's the main meal. Similarly with tea if it's a light meal, if the main meal then it's dinner.
I think that's about right I usualy say lunch and dinner because I usually have a sarnie at 1 ish, and something hot at 6/7 ish
