What were they doing in German Uniforms, Speaking German, and enacting a Prison Scene. Makes you wander what the Judge was thinking about 'no nazi overtones' wtf.

Woman E told Sky News there had been no Nazi overtones, though Mr Mosley was a prisoner in a German prison scenario where other women wore German uniforms.

"I know for a fact, that it was spoken about, that Max actually found it quite a turn-on to speak to them in German. He liked the German language. It was prison uniforms because we were doing a German prison scene. But it wasn't Nazi," said Woman E.

He wasn't on trial, and I don't actually understand what he needed to be cleared of?

Didn't Prince Harry dress as a nazi quite recently. Regardless of how tasteless it might be, I didn't actually know it was a crime to do so.

He was suing the News of the World for invasion of privacy.

I might be wrong, but I think it's an arrestable offence in Germany now if you do the nazi sig heil salute. No idea where I got that from, like

Yes it is, and Nazi insignia is illegal in Germany, but we aren't talking about Germany.

    It's doubled then has it?

    It was £60,000 yesterday.

Invasion of privacy by the gutter press, we need a few more people suing the NotW and put them out of business

I think some people may be mixing up...

a bit of kinky dressing up for a sexual fantasy with Nazi sympathy. He could have dressed as Spiderman but that wouldn't mean he was part of Fathers for Justice.

Oops, $120K, was reading it on CNN. Nowt wrong with NOTW, what do you read, Mail on Sunday and another Diana theory? This case just reminds me of Jeffrey Archer suing and winning. It's B*ll*cks.

I think more than one Judge has been caught out engaging in similar activitires

S&M seems to be a favourite pastime of at least some of our Judiciary so maybe he had some interest in the outcome of the case
