    Carphone warehouse. played footy behind there and smashed my head in about 1990. but just cant remember the name. think it was a night club and maybe a gay pub after that

    yup was called Bentleys then changed its name to The Time The Place - used to be packed on Bank Holiday Mondays when everyone used to end up there after going round Monk Bretton during the day but before carrying on into town for the night sesh!

    Tollgate then Antonios in my opinion the best bar ever in Barnsley opened by the people who ran Amstrdam Bar in Huddersfield and Gabby's in Leeds
