that it is now down to desire, determination and bottle. Forest, Norwich and Southampton are all fighting and showing that they want Championship football next year. Why do I get the impression that our lot of mercenaries are on the phone to their agents looking for another club while we sink?

Today's performance was gutless. Saturday's determination to die for the shirt - was that another team in red in Nottingham?

Davey is clueless and out of his depth at this level, but what about that bunch of t***ers?

    too true and

the message that goes out from today is that Barnsley have bottled it big time. Norwich and Forest will be pointing in our direction saying - 'look lads - just one more big performance and Barnsley are going to crack'. They'll draw untold strength from it.

If it comes down to bottle, we're sunk. We're not even organised into a unit.

    RE: Fair point

but let's not forget who assembled this bunch of pansy foreign mercenaries.
No coincidence that the best player in the second half of this season has been Hassell, the only one Davey didn't sign.

Today had Walsall 2002 written all over it

We came out of that game knowing we had bottled it and today felt very much the same for me.

I've been confident-ish that we had a chance until today, and when I came out I felt **** because it knew it had gone. Walsall felt just the same back then.
