    I've said it and I'll say it again
    Weeds, Wendy and the Blunts are our direct rivals
    These clubs draw football supporters from the Barnsley district. FULL STOP. PERIOD !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    Man U and Liverpool take fans from all over the country so they dont really count

    We need these local clubs to be in the bottom leagues and Barnsley above them
    THEN and only then will we get the fans through the gate at the WELL that we need to build
    And this puts the town of BARNSLEY on the map
    And in turn this is good for the well being and business of Barnsley - its not just a football thing

    The Wendy, Weeds and Blunts fans who live in Barnsley look down on us TYKES
    And yet the Barnsley district has supplied them with fans for years
    I have nothing against Wendy or Blunts fans from Sheffield
    I have nothing against Leeds fans from Leeds

    But we need to get above these ba@stards so the football fans in Barnsley looks at one place and one place only - THE WELL

    Cant says as I am bovvered either way

    Justice would have seen WHU deducted points and relegated.

    The premier league have made an arse of it and this summer will no doubt see it dragged through the mud. I can only see that as a good thing its about time they got a bloody nose.

    Blunts down (if they dont win a legal battle) IS good for BFC. It makes for another short away visit and a good (well maybe!) number of their fans (and their money) making a visit to oakwell.

    On the other hand they are the lesser evil of the dee dars and I know how they are feeling right now and its not pleasant.
