    The formation isnt working so he changes it - and he hasnt a clue
    Under Ritchie when the formation didn't work and he didnt change it he didn't have a clue.

    The negativity during this game in particular has been ridiculous. We're playing a team who've spent money and have a lot of good players - and will be in the top 6 at the end of the season.

    At Newcastle, Davey was too negative and thats why we lost.

    Today, he plays 2 upfront, and that was probably too aggressive for people on here.

    He can't win. That simple. Even if he wins every week, some of the morons on here will complain.

    Always going to be a tough game. Personally I'm quite happy to see us play two up front and try and make a game of it rather than sit back and try to kill the game for a draw - three main reasons:

    1) Sitting back never seems to work for us
    2) With Phillips and Beattie up front for them we were almost certain to have to score to get anything out of the game
    3) It's supposed to be entertainment!

    There are probably other reasons too but that'll do for now.

    I agree mate - I'm just sick to death of the negativity and constant witch-hunt that goes on on here. They never ever learn and its a bloody yawn-fest.

    I liked AR

    But he did have a habit of making 1 for 1 substitutions and not really changing a great deal.

    Fair play to SD - I can't really fault his tactics - or willingness to change if things are not goinng right..
